Boxing Classes


Boxing class! High intensity, fitness boxing, with music. Full body workout for all fitness levels. It is a group class but everyone has their own bag and gets personal attention from the instructor. 15 minute warm up, 30 minutes boxing, 5 min strength and conditioning, 5 minute abdominal routine, 5 minute cool down and stretch. ANYONE can do it and have a blast while working out.

Additional Information

This is a fitness and competition boxing gym. That means we have a program with fitness classes and a program for professionals and amateurs that actually compete. (So you never know who you might see at the gym ;-) Our Fitness classes are great for singles, couples, friends, and group/team building as well. We have hour long classes that are super dynamic but doable for everyone and anyone. We can teach a novice who have never hit anything ever, to the most experienced professional. Everyone gets their own bag and the instructor walks around to give tips and instruction.
